DeepEMhancer focused cryo-EM map on the interaction of UBE2R2's acidic tail with the CUL2 basic canyon region. The backbone atoms (light-blue ball-and-sticks) corresponding to 15 consecutive acidic tail residues and their fit to the density are highlighted.
