S-phase-enriched parental or AMBRA1−/−RPE1 cells were nucleoporated with the indicated FM-HCR reporter plasmids. 8 h later, cells were subjected to FACS analysis. DNA repair activity for each sample was normalized to AMBRA1+/+ cells while also correcting for transfection efficiency and is represented as normalized repair activity. Graphs show average and standard deviation from at least 3 independent experiments.
