Live-cell 2D-SIM analysis of lysosome repair. HeLa cells expressing GFP-SPG20 and loaded with pH-sensitive LysoTracker were imaged before and after a 12 min LLOMe pulse (1 mM), and 30 min after washout. Note that SPG20 localized to lysosomes that failed to recover. SeeFigure S2D for OPTN localization.
