Local curvature analysis of peptideDNA lipid droplets containing FF, A′ or A m-A′ m under deformation. The images represent cross-sections of droplets before and after heating at 50 °C for 90 min. The contour traces of the cross-sections of the lipid droplets after heating at 50 °C for 90 min are represented by white solid lines. The ratios of their local curvatures ( κ ) over the global curvatures of the contour obtained by circular fitting ( κ 0 ) are plotted along the contour in the form of circles.
