When m is positive and is negative, the nonlinear Dirac Hamiltonian exhibits the nonlinearity-induced topological phase transition. We obtain an unconventional localized mode if the amplitude is larger than a critical value. In this localized mode, there exist non-vanishing amplitudes even in the limit of x . We set m = 0.5, = 2 and D = 3.
