First re-entrance nodes for JJs with varied L at the base temperature along with the extracted node from the simulation. The length of the junctions is determined from optical microscope images of the finished samples and has an uncertainty of less than 50 nm (limited by pixel size). The y -axis error bar estimates the reading uncertainty on the position of the re-entrance nodes.
