PCoA of interindividual differences (BCD) in relative microbiota profiles of the LCPM cohort (n = 589 samples) using a cross-section of the Flemish population (n = 1,045 samples) as a background dataset. PCoA1 (Axis.1) and PCoA2 (Axis.2) respectively explained 13% and 17.1% of the variance of microbiota at the genus level.
