Automatic concept annotation. MONET can map medical concepts and images on to a joint representation space. This allows us to determine the degree to which a user-defined concept is present in an image, by measuring the distance between the image and concept text prompts in the representation space. Its concept annotation capability enables various concept-driven analyses at multiple stages of the medical AI pipeline.
