Model system to interrogate gradual (ROS, blue) and acute mutation pressure (UV exposure, brown) on the mammalian genome. Triangles represent gradual accumulation of ROS mutations over several cell generations, whereas boxes represent fixed mutations in the genome after a specific cell division event.
