Volcano Plot from Scientific Research

The NKIRTIL063 TCR library (n = 935 TCRs) was expressed in CD8 + T cells and screened against the melanoma lines RPMI7951 and Malme3M. Fold change represents the relative abundance of TCRs after incubating T cells with or without the lines. Screen hits were defined as in Fig. 2. TCRs selected for validation are marked with dots.
