Malme3M-reactive TCRs identified in a were individually expressed in CD3 + T cells, and their activation in response to Malme3M cells was measured by IFNg ELISpot. beta 2 -microglobulin-deficient Malme3M served as negative control. Heatmap depicts the number of IFNg spots. Responding TCRs are ordered according to increasing adjusted P values. Asterisks mark Malme3M-reactive TCRs (as defined in the Methods).
