Volcano Plot from Scientific Research

CD8 + Jurkat cells were engineered to express the NKIRTIL063 CD8 + TIL-derived TCR library ( n = 935 TCRs), which included control TCRs specific for MART1 26-35 (TCRs DMF4 and DMF5) and WT1 126-134 (TCRs C4 and C4DLT). Library-expressing Jurkat cells were screened against immortalized HLA-A*02:01 + B cells pulsed with MART1 26-35 or WT1 126-134 peptide. Dots represent individual TCRs. Fold change represents the relative abundance of TCRs in WT1 126-134 and MART1 26-35 peptide-pulsed conditions.
