Heatmap from Scientific Research

VG-dependent Delta R/R0 measured at Delta t=2 ns for the device R1. Prominent blueshift is observed when nu > 0 (inset). The pump photon energy is 2.0 eV and F is 12 micro J/cm^2. Corresponding photoexcited exciton density, estimated using a transfer matrix method (Supplementary Note 3), is 2.79 x 10^12 cm^-2. This is the same order of moire density n0=2.19 x 10^12 cm^-2.
