A BP1 interaction with Suz12, a component of PRC2, requires IDR2 of BP1 in a yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) assay. Yeast cells harboring the indicated bait and prey constructs were assayed for growth on synthetic defined (SD) medium lacking leucine, tryptophan, histidine, and adenine SD (LeuTrpHisAde). The plasmid pair pGBKT7-53 and pGADT7 was used as the positive control. Another pair of plasmids, pGBKT7-Lam and pGADT7, was used as the negative control. Images were taken after 3 days of incubation at 30 C.
