Thermal budget benchmarking for 2D magnetic thin films (covering Fe5+xGeTe2,[68]Fe4GeTe2,[69]CrTe2,[19-21,23]VSe2,[70]Cr5Te8,[18,41]CrTe,[42]CrSe2,[43]and CrSe[44]) using MBE and CVD synthetic techniques. For a better comparison, we define the annealing temperatures of CVD methods the same as the growth temperatures.
