Following exposure to pulsatile flow, PCLPPN (PPN = 2 x 1011PPN mL-1) scaffolds were incubated in PBS-T under static conditions up to 14 days. The solution OD remained unaltered showing that PPN robustly attached to PCL under tested conditions. n =3 for absorbance measurements of PPN retention under flow (g,h) and n =210 for static PPN retention after flow (i).
