Proteins on MODE-K cell membranes that may interact with stachyose were enriched using small-molecule pull-down assay based on biotin-labeled stachyose and streptavidin magnetic beads, followed by LC-MS/MS protein identification. The expression level of candidate target protein heat shock protein (HSP) 90 in blank beads or beads-stachyose-enriched proteins were detected by western blotting assay.
