Gel from Scientific Research

Radiolabeled [35S]Mco6 was incubated with isolated wild-type (WT) mitochondria. At indicated time points, mitochondria were reisolated and resuspended in SEM (-) or in Na2CO3 (pH 11.5) (+) to allow peripheral membrane protein extraction. Ultracentrifuged pellet fractions were analyzed using Tris/Tricine PAGE and autoradiography.
