Statistical data of the percentages of RFP- and SOX2-positive cells among SOX2-positive cells in Rfp+NC, Rfp+SI, and RFP+Nr5a2 groups. Both+ denotes embryos positive for both SOX2 and RFP. Both+/RFP+ represents the percentage of RFP-positive SOX2-positive cells out of total RFP-positive cells in the blastocyst, while Both+/SOX2+ indicates the percentage of RFP-positive SOX2-positive cells out of total SOX2-positive cells. For statistical validity, each group was limited to blastocysts with 40%60% RFP-positive cells.
