Workflow from Scientific Research

Naive CD8+T cells were isolated from CreERT2+NR4a1f/fNR4a2f/ftdTomato-reporter+mice and CreERT2−littermates. These cells were stimulated with anti-CD3 (2 g mL-1) and anti-CD28 (1 g mL-1) antibodies in the presence of IL-2 (20 ng mL-1) for 5 days. After stimulation, CD8+TIM3+PD1+T cells were sorted and treated with TAM (0.5 g mL-1) in the presence of IL-2 (20 ng mL-1) for 2 days.
