To eliminate the possibility of a toxic effect of TAM, an empty viral vector was infected into T cells isolated from NR4a1fl/flNR4a2fl/fl, OT-I+, tdTomato-reporter+ mice, and the same experiments were performed. The bottom image shows the total number of CD8+OT-I TILs after the second adoptive transfer treated with or without TAM (n = 3 per group).
