UMAP from Scientific Research

The pseudotime differentiation of CD8+ TILs by Monocle3 using the scRNA-seq data. The inferred trajectory spans from early memory to pre-exhausted T cells. Single-cell trajectories were predicted by Monocle3 and visualized using UMAP plots colored by pseudotime in a differentiation gradient from purple to yellow. The root nodes using the order cells function were applied with cluster 0 of the UMAP shown in Figure S3B.
