ECmockor ECRRas38Vwith and without Akt3 silencing (green) were cocultured with unlabeled parental ECs at a 1:3 ratio. VE-cadherin and Ki-67 were stained and imaged 48 h later. Ki-67+cells in the transduced EC population (green) and those in the parental (neighboring) EC population were quantified.
