ECRRas38V(green) were cocultured with UNC5b-silenced or control ECs (unlabeled). The coculture was then stained for VE-cadherin (magenta). Top: white arrows indicate a strong accumulation of VE-cadherin at the cell membrane of control ECs adjacent to ECRRas38V.
