Microscopy from Scientific Research

The mock control (ECmock) or R-Ras38V-transduced ECs (ECRRas38V) were fluorescently labeled (green) and cocultured with unlabeled, non-transduced parental ECs (EC) at a 1:3 ratio. The cultures were immunostained with the indicated antibodies. The fluorescence intensity in non-transduced ECs was quantified. White circles indicate the positions of ECmockor ECRRas38Vcells. N = 2 wells, three or four pictures were analyzed for each well. Data are represented as the mean ± SEM.
