Live imaging of a representative chimeric primary colony following immunosurgery and subsequent culture in 2i/LIF for 4 days. Cells derived from apoptosis-deficient PGCs can be distinguished by Oct4ΔPE-GFP. Pictures taken every 3 h. Scale bars, 50 μm.
