Live imaging of a representative chimeric embryo in which 5 apoptosis-deficient PGCs were injected into 8-cell stage embryos and cultured for 48 h. Apoptosis-deficient PGCs can be distinguished by Oct4ΔPE-GFP expression. Pictures taken every 2 h. Snapshots from Video S3. Scale bars, 50 μm.
