As in original data, long-range functional connectivity differed between groups: for 3–4.5 mm saline = 1.24 CI: 1.19–1.26; VPA = 1.16 CI: 1.11–1.23 p = 0.042; for 4.5–6 mm saline = 1.11 CI: 1.07–1.15; VPA = 1.00 CI: 0.94–1.08 p = 0.008. Data points reflect individual mice, except for (C), where they reflect motifs. Error bars in (D) show mean ± SEM.
