3D reconstruction (created with 3DSlicer33) showing atlas-aligned reconstructions based on the CT images of every fiber in a 74-fiber array. Colored fibers (blue and yellow) crossed in the brain but were still unambiguously traceable back to the grid surface and thus also the imaging surface. See alsoFigure S3.
