Design of AP-MS experiment used to identify interactors of GluCl. Tagged proteins were purified as indicated from head homogenates and subjected to mass spectrometry. Under these conditions, a single protein, Mmd, co-purified with both tagged versions of GluCl but not in controls (see STAR Methods and Table S2). All samples represent three biological replicates.
