Survival Curve from Scientific Research

Results with serotype 24F (F, 103CFU; 6 mock, 6 PPSV, 10 intranasal) are representative of 2 experiments, and results with serotype 15A strain (G, 5x104CFU; 6 mock, 6 PPSV, 10 intranasal) are from one experiment. Protection was assessed by monitoring survival. Statistical significance (*p < 0.05,****p < 0.0001) was assessed by Mantel-Cox test.
