Volcano Plot from Scientific Research

Gene expression changes 4 h after release from synchronization in WT and TFIIS KO cells displayed in RNA-seq volcano plots. The log2 fold change (LFC) of cells was determined between 0 and 4 h after synchronization. Vertical line denotes a LFC of 0 and horizontal line denotes p = 0.01. Histone genes are colored. The fold change and p values from RNA-seq experiments are calculated from 3 biological replicates for each condition.
