Meta-analysis of WT and TFIIS KO footprint 3' ends around n = 1,000 RNA Pol II pauses with high LORAX-seq signal (backtracked pause) or mNET-seq signal (strong pause) from Figure 2E. Reads within 50 bp of pauses were aggregated, normalized within each window, and averaged.
