The distribution is best fit by three populations with different mobilities: very-slow NusG (VS-NusG; in red) fixed at D*vslow= 0.15 μm²/s; slowly diffusing NusG (S-NusG, in blue) fitted with a D*slow= 0.33 μm²/s; and fast-diffusing NusG (F-NusG, in green) fitted with D*fast= 0.99 μm²/s.
