4C and capture Hi-C results are shown for the region surrounding the Ccl5 intergenic IRF3-dependent ATAC-seq peak. This peak was used as a target bait for the experiments. The black line and gray areas above the tracks represent the 4C trend line reflecting the breadth and strength of genomic interactions. The arcs represent the most significant capture Hi-C long-range interactions. Experiments were performed with unstimulated and stimulated (120 min) BMDMs.
