Pipeline to simulate synthetic proprioceptive inputs. In brief, 2D character trajectories are augmented and projected into 3D space using a 2-link 4 degree of freedom (DoF) arm model by randomly selecting attainable starting points in the workspace. From 3D trajectories, muscle lengths and velocities are computed using inverse kinematics and musculoskeletal modeling.
