The percentage of tumor-reactive T cells as measured by intracellular cytokine expression by six MR1-M3Ade tetramer-positive T cell lines derived from PBMCs of six healthy donors. The percentages indicate the cells expressing at least one cytokine after stimulation by the indicated cell lines, healthy monocytes, or B cells anti-MR1 mAbs. All cytokines were simultaneously investigated using a panel of antibodies with different fluorochromes. Significance tested by Wilcoxon signed-rank test.*p 0.05,**p 0.01, ns, not significant.
