One-hundreth cycle: further TM migration leads to agglomeration and coarsening of clusters into larger voids driven by the formation of more O 2 . The large voids and their high density in the particles lead to a weakening of the latter, cracking and O 2 release. It is also more difficult to reduce O 2 in larger voids.
