The mass of 44,526.80 shows the MR1 molecule devoid of M3Ade, and the mass of 44,395.55 shows the MR1 molecule devoid of M3Ade and N-terminal methionine. The masses of 44,806.07 and 44,674.79 represent the same molecules containing M3Ade minus one water molecule, indicating the presence of a Schiff base.
