Random effects meta-analysis of the risk of incident AKI across major CHIP driver genes. For the analyses in a – c , Cox proportional hazards analyses were conducted, adjusting for age, age 2 , sex, baseline eGFR, baseline smoking status, diabetes and hypertension, as well as either ten principal components of genetic ancestry (UKB) or self-reported ethnicity (ARIC and CHS). These results are presented as HRs with 95% CIs.
