Matured SiAFOs show budding morphology (scale bar, 200 m). Immunofluorescent staining displays CHGA-positive enteroendocrine cells and MUC2-positive secretory cells. Counterstain with phalloidin (F-ACT) and Hoechst shows organoids’ lumen and nuclei, respectively (scale bars, 50 m).
