Structural alignment of the two predicted models of canonical PFD and PFD homolog and an experimental PFD (PDB 6NRD ). The TM score indicates that the two predicted complexes show structural similarity (TM score >45) and some structural similarity to the experimental structure. TM score was derived by normalization to the length of the two complexes and the average length ( n = 3 TM scores from one structural alignment). For r.m.s.d. and sequence identity, the value is the same for all three normalization approaches. Data are presented for TM score as mean values s.e.m. and black dots visualize TM scores after different normalizations.
