Number of coelution peaks per PFD–PFDL associated proteins, identified in both, SECMS and DIPMS. The solid black line represents the median for SECMS (1) and for DIPMS (2) while the y axis represents the kernel density for the SECMS (blue density) and the DIPMS (red density). Protein peak was defined as a signal having minimal width of three fractions and minimal height above background of 0.2 on a 0–1 signal scale.
