Computational framework encompassing, first, generation of all possible PPIs in the data and then prediction of PPI using deep learning. Interaction probabilities are then combined and further filtered using a targetdecoy competition approach. Complexes are derived from the resulting interaction network by integration with available databases or by using a datadriven approach.
