Line Plot from Scientific Research

The conservation of structure and co-translational assembly is depicted for two orthologous adenylosuccinate lyase enzymes: E. coli purB and human ADSL (PDB:2PTQ and 4FFX). We show the disome to monosome footprint enrichment (red), smoothened over a 15-codon sliding window. Values above the line (y = 1) represent a disome enrichment and indicate co-translational assembly. Interface residues are highlighted with green rectangles.
