The exp(Estimate) provides the odds ratio of the factor using the exponential of the estimate (coefficient value) of the binary logistic regression. The solid circles, or measure of centre, represent the odds ratio, whereas the horizontal lines show the CI 95% CI around the odds ratio. The vertical dashed line is the line of 'no effect', corresponding to the value 1 for the null hypothesis that a given predictor has no impact on the transition choice outcome.
