Single-particle Fermi surfaces used to determine the in-plane orbital effect in c. For I, II and III, all Fermi pockets, only the large pockets and only the three small pockets in each valley were included in the calculation, respectively. Fermi surfaces not contributing to the superconductivity are greyed out.
