Example hyperpolarized 15N NMR spectra recorded for A by shaking a solution of 1 (5 mM), DMSO (50 mM) and A (250 mM) with 3 bar pH2 for 10 s at 2 T in DCM-d2 before CF3SO2OCH3 addition (upper) and immediately after (lower) reshaking with pH2 and addition of CF3SO2OCH3 (250 mM). Both spectra recorded with a single 90 pulse. The signal at 195 is the IMes ligand in 8A.
