Box plots showing the statistically significant increase of dodecanoic acid (C12:0), myristic acid (C14:0), pentadecanoic acid (C15:0), palmitic acid (C16:0), stearic acid (C18:0), eicosanoic acid (C20:0),cis-8,11,14-eicosatrienoic acid (C20:3n6), behenic acid (C22:0), lignoceric acid (C24:0), and cholesterol in PN and/or MES sEVs compared to their parental cells. The normalized intensities of fatty acids were generalized logarithm (glog) transformed and statistically compared by unpairedttest (two-tailed). The significance was indicated as follows: *p< 0.05, **p< 0.01, ***p< 0.001, ****p< 0.0001, ns: not significant.
