Flow cytometry results of PN cells treated with the different fractions of MES conditioned medium. NCH421k cells (PN) were treated with the different fractions of NCH705 (MES) conditioned medium, and the expression of PN and MES GSC surface markers (CD133 and CD44, respectively) was measured by flow cytometry. NCH421k complete conditioned medium (NCH421k_CCM) was used as a control.
